The Mangrove Forest Nature Reserve is a wetland park.

Its takes around 1 hour 20, from Tamsui station MRT station to Guandu MRT station.

It’s a nice area, which is really different from the usual taiwane trail, manly in the mountain and jungle. This trail is really easy, flat all the way.

You can observe some riverside birds, such as egrets and snipes.

This area is apparently one of the most essential bird watching areas in northern Taiwan and an important breeding ground for migratory birds which comes in a great number for rest in winter.
