To go to the Linmei Shipan trail, it’s the same way as to Wufengchi Scenic area or Linmei Shipan trail because it’s in the same area.

You have to take Bus 1572B at Taipei city hall bus station until Jiaohsi Station (around 1 hour).

Then take Bus GR11 B until Linmeishipan trail (around 20 min).

Yeumeikeng Waterfall is one of the highest and widest in Taiwan.

 It’s a really easy and great hike to walk on hot summer days to cool off from the hot city of Taipei.

At the end of trail when you get closer to the waterfall you will see a rope that will help you access the Waterfall. It’s the adventurous part.

All the way is easy but the last meters to the waterfall, you will have to climb a bit.

Before the big waterfall you can see a small one which goes into a little pound. It’s a perfect little swimming pool. I went there with my brother and had the nice suprise to feel little fishes bite your dead skin. It’s really funny.

Once at the end of the trail, you have an amazing view on the waterfall in it’s green surrounding. From what I remember the water going down was really powerfull which made the area even more magical.
